
Mark Steven Orsillo
President, Board Member
Mark Steven Orsillo and FRHM have over the last 3+ decades helped transform the City of Oroville through clearing up over 150 tons of trash and building residential properties, faith-driven programs, and businesses such as Yoville Yogurts and the Lord’s Gym which’s sole mission are to provide financial sustainability to community-focused non-profit programs.
This includes over 100 beds of low-income housing, a food bank , a school of transformation for recovering addicts and those coming from trauma situations, a park for community festivals holding 30,000+ attendees annually, investing in micro-businesses and sustainability projects founded by community members such as animal therapy, community garden, farming, solar-powered water pumps, restoration sheds, and more.
Steve is a pastor and builder who has built up his community, and his family which includes his wife, Vicki, their four children and eight grandchildren.

Cathy Macy
Treasurer, Board Member
Cathy Macy serves as the CFO for New Generation Media, LLC and Zenergy Works. She supervises the budget and financial reporting of the company, as well as cash flow projections and general oversight of the accounting processes.
Cathy recently retired from EAH Affordable Housing after 35 years. EAH has a staff of over 750 employees and manages over 150 low-income properties in California and Hawaii. As CFO, she was responsible for the complete financial data for all low-income properties from predevelopment through construction completion. Then overseeing the financial health throughout the 15 year Low Income Tax Credit Compliance Period.
Prior to joining EAH, she was Assistant Controller for the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation for
Receivership Operations. Cathy is married with 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her family, including her Golden Doodle Maci.

Beth Perry
Secretary, Board Member
Beth Perry is a staff member at The Father’s House Church. She serves in its Church Life Department, School of Transformation Essentials team, and leads Father’s House horse mentorship programs. Her background includes 8 years in banking, working in accounting and loan servicing departments, Loan Servicing Supervisor, and working for the FDIC in their asset collection department. She also served for 19 years as the administrative assistant to the Superintendent of a small school district.
Beth is a mother to three sons, has three beautiful daughters-in-law, 13 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Her interests include developing and managing the horse mentoring program, working with spreadsheets, horses and connecting with volunteers and mentees.

Eric Van Cleave
Board Member
Eric Van Cleave is the Chief Executive Officer/Digital Director of Tiv Inc. and Zenergy Works. Eric joined Zenergy in 2000 after a career in Banking, Real Estate and Mortgages. Eric and his team specialize in creating custom digital marketing plans for businesses, with an emphasis on targeting the most desirable and profitable prospects for their clients. Eric enjoys the challenge of working with extremely focused audience segments, and use search engine optimization, content marketing, and all forms and platforms of paid ads to build businesses.
Eric is married and has 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Eric’s interests include working around his property in Oroville, California, devoting time to worthy causes in his community, hiking, camping and spending time with his family.

Ifeanyi Jemie
Board Member
Currently the CEO of Conscious Markets Group (CMG) and CMG Revival Partners, Ifeanyi Jemie is a seasoned global investment management and banking professional who in the last decade has supported managing billions of dollars of AUM, starting his career managing a $100MM long/short equities portfolio for
Citigroup on their Investment Strategies team. Since, Ifeanyi has gained 11+ years of boots-on-ground experience representing both investors and enterprises in the US, Africa and Middle East. His comprehensive, global view lends to a cross-disciplinary strategy. He is a visionary servant leader with startup exits and international deal acumen, and advisor to faith-driven non-profit organizations. Some of his other former roles were at First Republic Bank (Luminous Capital), LA Capital, Cetera Financial Group.
Ifeanyi is a strong advocate of financial empowerment, an avid musician and family man and man of faith.

Dr. Jeannice Fairrer Samani

Dr. Jeannice Fairrer Samani, MBA, MCP, CSM is an award-winning innovator and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in community development, housing, Silicon Valley, education, city planning and public private partnerships. She leads an Innovation Transformation firm with global responsibilities for product technology systems development and international operations for trade and economic development, and is a finance board member at a faith-based real estate investing leader, overseeing a $40MM annual budget, and has done extensive housing work for public and private sectors for 20+ years.
